Kelly has used in his interview to great affect pointing out the poisonous nature of rumors and Opinions. Especially as he ranted to the camera seemingly speaking past Gail King at most moments and directly attempting to appeal to those people who haven't decided on their feelings on him yet witch was a very smart move

Or just simply being laughed at called "crocodile tears "and so forth. His girlfriends even spoke up for him through their tears bashing their parent and making complete opposite statements that their parents had mad painting them in a venomous light as well
